Creator of Nyan Cat Explains Lawsuit Against 5th Cell

You’ve undoubtedly heard about the lawsuit against Scribblenaughts developer 5th Cell for copyright infringement because they included Nyan Cat and Keyboard Cat without the consent of their creators Torres and Schmidt. Well just today Torres the creator of Nyan Cat issued a statement to Eurogamer explaining why he is pursuing this lawsuit and to clear up the misinterpretation and make sure people know why he is really doing this. Scribblenauts Unlimited Will Use Nintendo Network to Exchange Objects

A 5TH Cell representative has confirmed that Scribblenauts Unlimited for Wii U will use the Nintendo Network to share objects created with the games Object Editor. The 3DS version however will not have this feature or any online interaction at all. The game will have StreetPass functionality though which allows players to share puzzle solutions with one another.

Scribblenauts Unlimited is a Launch title for Wii U, the 3DS version releases sometime this December.
