You’ve undoubtedly heard about the lawsuit against Scribblenaughts developer 5th Cell for copyright infringement because they included Nyan Cat and Keyboard Cat without the consent of their creators Torres and Schmidt. Well just today Torres the creator of Nyan Cat issued a statement to Eurogamer explaining why he is pursuing this lawsuit and to clear up the misinterpretation and make sure people know why he is really doing this. WayForward, has announced on their blog that the development for Mighty Switch Force 2 is all wrapped upand the testing phase has now commenced. The game is set to come out this spring on the Nintendo 3DS eShop, Once WayForward completes all their testing to assure quality they will set a release date.
Mighty Switch Force! 2 is a wrap! It’s pencils down for the dev team. Next stop, testing, testing, and more testing. Poor Patty… not even cybernetic citizens of Planet Land can escape the wrath of final exams.
