Tekken Producer Doesn’t Quite Understand The Wii U’s Online

The Wii U’s online is still the biggest unanswered question we have.

Even though almost everything about the Wii U that we all wanted to know was revealed on the 13th we still don’t know about the online. Will it be good will it be bad will it just be okay? Well even some developers don’t quite get it or fully understand it. Katsuhiro Harada director of Tekken Tag Tournament 2 also doesn’t quite understand how it works, such as how players will connect, which doesn’t give him the most confidence in it’s online abilities. During a roundtable interview he was asked about how the Wii U’s online infrastructure will be compared to the PlayStation 3 and the Xbox 360.

Well this is what he had to say:

Not quite sure at this point. I don’t fully understand it. We’re still working with Nintendo to find out about their network.

That really doesn’t sound to good with the Wii U’s release just around the corner. Other than the infrastructure though he implied it will be just as “solid” as it’s competitors.
